Returning products & Potential charge backs to customers.
If you wish to return your entire order or an item from your order you will need you to call us within 48 hours of receiving your order. The Toll free number to call is 1-877-422-7979. If there is a product that was ordered in the wrong size, we can exchange and re-charge a new shipping price to get the right size to you (example is a hat ordered as a large - L, but the customer needs an extra large - XL instead). We will not accept any returns that have not been called in first. We use our discretion to each individual circumstance. Without calling first, we do not have any return authorization number to give you that is required for all returns. Returns are to be shipped First class mail unless we have requested or agreed to an alternative method.
If an error occurs from one of our associates , Republic will correct it to the same as placed in the shopping cart or over the phone. There will be no charge back to the customer for this problem. We strive to make all orders placed with us 100 % accurate. So orders miss pulled, miss shipped, or damaged will be taken care of.
There are times that a customer may have made a mistake when placing an order, and to correct this will sometimes need to have the error charged back to the customer. It could be a UPS address correction which can cost up to $9.00. Out of Stocks occur due to sales during the day and online. A product may become out of stock before an associate sees this and corrects it online. If the customer needs the order shipped partially, then a fee for the second shipment occurs. Our shopping cart is designed to mirror the rates from the providers as just 1 shipment. We ask to either wait for the order to be complete or just have the total adjusted to be correct for the rest of the order that is in stock.
Online ordering
If you use our online ordering your shipping cost will be calculated for you based on the total weight of your order and which ever of our shipping options you choose. (post office, ups, etc..). The cost will be shown as you add items to the shopping cart. You can cancel or make changes to your shopping cart at any time prior to finishing the order with payment method. Credit cards are not processed until time of shipment. If an order is canceled before processing, no activity will show up on your statement. All credit card orders require the 3-4 digit CV (cvv2) code for processing.
If you are located out of the continental U.S. please process your order and choose international shipping option you will have the option of Global Express which takes up to 5 days or global priority which is a 6-10 day option. Republic is not responsible for ant duty fees and taxes that may occur form the customs offices. The total given in the shopping cart is accurate to the weight of the order. If there is any question regarding an amount please call us right away so we can make sure there wasn't an error in the weight of an item then we will be able to give you the accurate amount if there is a difference.
Non-online Ordering
If you are ordering an item which is not available in our shopping cart please call the store for any details, availability and price. The shipping cost will be determined based on the shipping method you choose and can be called back with that total if requested. We ship ups (ground, 2nd day air, 3 day air & overnight) and post office (priority, or overnight). All packages will be sent insured in case of loss or damage to the item in shipping. We charge the actual shipping cost of the item, there is no charge for handling. We can quote you the shipping cost on the items you wish to order if you call or email us with your order and ship to address.
List below is based on the # of ups working days from date of shipment from Maine by ups ground. These days are refering to commercial orders only. Residential orders may take 1 extra working day of transit to be delivered. UPS shipping week is based on Monday - Friday for Ground and Faster methods. Post office shipping week has an extra day for shipping from Monday - Saturday for Priority and Express.
Example: If we ship friday and your in New York you would count 2 working days after the day it shipped. So if we ship your order on a Friday, you should receive the package on Tuesday of the following week as UPS does not count Sat & Sun as a working day.
1 day : Most of Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut & Rhode Island
2 days: New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, & parts of Ohio
2 days: Alaska & Hawaii (2nd day air required for these states)
3 days: North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana, Illinois, Iowa, Wisconsin, Michigan & parts of Ohio, Minnesota & Missouri
4 days: Florida, Mississippi, Louisianna, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota & parts of North Dakota, Colorado, Texas, Minnesota, Missouri & Wyoming
5 days: Washington, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, New Mexico & parts of Texas, Colorado, Wyoming, North Dakota, Oregon & Califorina
6 days: parts of Oregon & California
Please note that these are only approximate UPS delivery times as provided to us by ups. for guaranteed delivery time ask for next day air or 2nd day air shipping. All in stock items are usually shipped within 24 hours (not including weekends/holidays). Orders placed before 2 pm est, or 3 pm est for expedited orders (next day air or 2nd day air) can usually be shipped the same business day. Orders placed by internet or by phone receive the same express handling.
Note: UPS does not deliver regular shipments on Saturdays or Sundays. The only option for saturday is for overnight Saturday delivery which they charge $ 10 more than their standard overnight charge. If you are ordering an item 2nd day or next day air you must take into account they will not deliver it to you on Saturday or Sunday and those days do not count as transit days for them. If we ship a 2nd day air package on Thursday it will not arrive until Monday.
UPS next day air is available as an option on our online shopping system.The cart system will calculate price based on weight of the order.

USPS Express Mail overnight (incuding Saturdays with an extra fee of $15 will be added at the processing stage. this will not show online. It is a special service.) is available as an option on our online shopping system.
The cart system will calculate price based on weight of the order. US Postal Express (overnight) is available. This is not on our online system but we can email or call you with a price quote. Price will be calculated based on weight of the order.
Customer is responsible for all customs and brokerage fees (if applicable).
Global Priority (by us post office)- usually takes 6-10 days in shipment. This type shipment must be calculated by us based on weight and size of shipment.

UPS Shipping UPS only ships to Alaska and Hawaii by 2nd day air and next day air.
If you want either of these choices please select Alaska/Hawaii in the pull down menu from your shipping methods options on our shopping cart and we will email a shipping quote based on the option you chose and we will wait for your approval prior to shipping.
Priority Mail (by us post office)- usually takes 3 days in shipment. This Choice is normally much cheaper than UPS.
This type shipment must be calculated by us based on weight and size of shipment.
